Natural Masks Overcome Aging

Masks are good for skin health, because it can be absorbed quickly by the skin. Here's a recipe to make their own masks at home to deal with aging, a prescription from Dr. Martha Tilaar.

Materials needed:
40 gr Centella asiatica (1 handful)
15 g temugiring (1 finger)
4 gr yellow leaves (2 handfuls)
50 g red tomatoes (½ medium fruit)
10 gr ylang flowers (11 petals)
10 gr local rose (1 bud)
60 g rice flour (4 tablespoons)

Method:
1. Clean all the ingredients and cut into small pieces.
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
3. Remove from the blender and mixed with rice flour.
4. Dry in oven at 60 degrees Celsius or with dry air (not under direct sunlight) to dry. Once dry, place in closed containers for storage.
5. To use, take 1 tablespoon, add enough water to form a paste and applied to the face.
6. Do this mask 1-2 times a week.
